July 2013 - CH Backbeat's Takes My Breath Away - "Carly" and CH Backbeat's Hot Stuff "Mic" are now Grand Champions.  
We're so excited here at Backbeat Boxers  -   Our CH Backbeat's Hot Stuff  (Mic) takes Best of Breed at the Santa Barbara Kennel Club, August 28th, 2010 under Judge Mr. Stanley S. Saltzman.  Mic was expertly and graciously handled by Marianne Caprino.  Mic is out of CH Artistry's Wonderful Tonight, sired by CH Bix-L's Times Triple Double.  He was Bred by Carol Biever-Margelewski and Laura Miller. He is owned by my dear friend Susan Kienzle.
Layla and Etta were awarded their Herding Instinct Certification at Action K9 Sports, Escondido, CA 12/27/08 sponsored by the San Fernando Valley Boxer Club under Herding Judge Terry Parrish.  It was a great day and the girls were "very focused and true workers' according to the judge.

ABC 2009- Backbeat Boxers was represented by three entries: Backbeat's Hot Stuff, Backbeat Bix-L's Double Trouble, and Backbeat's Bigger Bang. 

February 2009-At the Silver Bay Kennel Club, Backbeat's Mystery Lady "Etta" took Reserve Winners Bitch under Judge Mr. Larry Biven, handled by Marianne Caprino (February 21st, 2009).

February 2009- Backbeat's Hot Stuff "Mic" took Best of Winners at Santa Clara Valley Kennel Club Sunday, February 15, 2009 under Judge Mr. Larry Sinclair and at the Santa Clara Valley Kennel Club Monday, February 16, 2009 under Judge Mrs. Karen S. Riddle, handled by Marianne Caprino.

May 2008 - "Mic" Backbeat's Hot Stuff won Best Puppy at the ABC puppy match May 5th, 2008. He was handled by Cindy Crawford.  He is owned by Susan Kienzle.

November 2006 - Layla finishes her AKC Championship!  Layla was expertly handled to this win by Wendy Bettis.

December 2005-Sonny takes his first Major at the Los Encinos Kennel Club in Long Beach, CA Saturday, December 17, 2005 under Judge, Mrs. Loraine Boutwell, expertly handled by Marianne Caprino.

November 2005 - At the Boxer Club of Southern California Regional Specialty, November 8th, 2005 under Judge, Malcolm Fellows, Layla takes 1st place from the Open Brindle Bitch Class, expertly handled by Marianne Caprino.

October 2005 - At the Channel City Kennel Club, October 8th, 2005 in Santa Maria under Judge, Mr. Vincent T. Grosso, Layla takes WB/BOS for 1 point with the skillful handling of Marianne Caprino.
